Philips 730A Receiver

The Philips 730a is a rare 5-valve plus rectifier receiver from 1931/2

It has the typical small tuning scale of the time
It is necessary to pull the tuning knob OUT to change to medium-wave

These sets never had a back - note lack of exposed live and HT metal.

Good speaker fret and cloth 

Also a tin holding a few salvageable bits from a scrap 730A
