McMurdo Silver Receiver

This set was presented to the Radio Critic of the Daily Sketch "Grid Leak" for Kennedy Newspapers, in the early stages of the war.

With folder containing copies of Service Manual and letters showing some of the history of this unique set.

All visible parts chrome plated and still in fair condition, though some flaking has taken place.

I understand this set was shown at the 1939 Radio Show.
